Terms of Use

Effective Date: July 27, 2026
Last Updated: July 27, 2026

ATTORNEY ADVERTISING. This website is an advertisement for legal services under California Business & Professions Code section 6157 et seq. It is not legal advice, and it does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please read these Terms of Use carefully.

1. Who We Are

Lemon Law Assist Inc. is a California law firm. It is a California professional corporation authorized to practice law in the State of California.

Law firm responsible for the content of this website: Lemon Law Assist Inc., 10880 Wilshire Blvd 24th Floor, Los Angeles, California 90024. Our bona fide office is located in Los Angeles, California. Telephone: 424-403-2820. Email: info@lemonlawassist.com.

Our attorneys are licensed to practice law in California. We do not claim to be licensed in any other jurisdiction, and nothing on this website should be read as an offer to practice law where we are not licensed.

2. How Your Matter May Be Handled — Referral and Co-Counsel Relationships

Lemon Law Assist Inc. does not handle every matter itself. Depending on where you live and the nature of your claim, your matter may be referred to, or handled together with, one of the following law firms:

  • California residents and California claims may be referred to Quill & Arrow LLP, a California law firm that handles California lemon law matters.
  • Consumers located outside California may be referred to Consumer Protection Law Group Inc., a California law firm and an affiliated firm of Lemon Law Assist Inc. that handles lemon law and consumer warranty matters nationally, and which may in turn associate local counsel licensed in your state where required.

What this means for you, in plain terms:

  • You will always be told, in writing, which law firm or firms will actually represent you before you become a client of anyone.
  • No referral happens without your knowledge. You will be asked to sign a written retainer agreement with the firm or firms that will represent you.
  • Where two or more of these firms divide a fee, California Rule of Professional Conduct 1.5.1 requires that the fee division be disclosed to you in writing and that you give written consent to it. That disclosure and consent will be in your engagement documents.
  • A fee division never increases the total fee you pay. The lawyers divide the same fee among themselves; it does not come out of your recovery twice.
  • Lemon Law Assist Inc. remains available to you and retains responsibility to you as required by the California Rules of Professional Conduct.

3. No Attorney-Client Relationship Is Created by This Website

Using this website does not make you our client. Reading these pages, submitting a form, calling us, texting us, or emailing us does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship with Lemon Law Assist Inc., Quill & Arrow LLP, or Consumer Protection Law Group Inc.

An attorney-client relationship is created only when a written engagement or retainer agreement is signed by both you and the firm that will represent you. Until that happens, no lawyer here is your lawyer, and no one here is acting to protect your legal deadlines.

This matters because legal claims expire. Lemon law and warranty claims are subject to statutes of limitations. Do not rely on us to preserve a deadline before you have a signed agreement. If a deadline may be approaching, consult a lawyer immediately.

4. Information You Send Us Before You Are a Client

Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through this website, by email, or by text until we have confirmed in writing that we represent you. Information sent over the internet may not be secure and may not be protected in the same way as a conversation with a lawyer you have already retained.

We do treat information you send as a prospective client with the confidentiality required by California Rule of Professional Conduct 1.18. However, submitting information does not obligate us to take your case, and we may already represent, or later represent, someone with interests adverse to yours.

5. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee, warrant, or predict the outcome of any legal matter. No statement on this website is a promise or guarantee of any particular result.

Past results do not guarantee or predict a similar outcome. Any case results, settlement amounts, testimonials, endorsements, or examples described anywhere on this website depend on the specific facts and law of that particular matter. Your matter is different, and results will differ where the facts differ. No two vehicles, warranties, repair histories, or manufacturers are the same.

Testimonials and endorsements appearing on this website are the views of the individuals who gave them. They are not a guarantee, warranty, or prediction regarding the outcome of your legal matter.

6. Fees and Costs

Lemon law claims are commonly handled on a contingency basis, and in many cases California law allows attorney’s fees and costs to be recovered from the manufacturer. However, “no fee unless we win” language does not mean you can never owe anything.

You may be responsible for case costs — such as filing fees, expert fees, deposition costs, and similar litigation expenses — separate from attorney’s fees, depending on the terms of your written agreement and the outcome of your matter. Your specific fee and cost responsibility will be set out in the written retainer agreement you sign, and only that agreement controls. Read it before signing, and ask questions about anything that is not clear.

7. Awards, Recognitions, and Credentials

Where this website references any award, rating, ranking, or recognition, that reference is intended to comply with California Business & Professions Code section 6157.2 as amended effective January 1, 2026. We do not present awards or recognitions that are conferred merely for membership in an organization, or for which the conferring organization charges or solicits a fee.

No attorney at Lemon Law Assist Inc. is a “certified specialist” unless expressly stated together with the name of the certifying organization. The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization does not currently certify a specialty in lemon law. Descriptions such as “we focus on lemon law” describe the nature of our practice; they are not a claim of board certification.

8. Consent to Calls, Texts, and Emails

When you submit your contact information through this website, by phone, or by text, you expressly consent to be contacted by Lemon Law Assist Inc., Quill & Arrow LLP, and Consumer Protection Law Group Inc., and by their agents and intake personnel, at the telephone number and email address you provide.

That consent includes calls and text messages that may be placed using an automatic telephone dialing system, an artificial or prerecorded voice, or automated or AI-assisted messaging, and emails regarding your potential claim.

Your consent is not a condition of receiving legal services and is not required to obtain any goods or services. You may speak with us without agreeing to automated contact.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of further texts; reply HELP for help. You may revoke consent at any time by any reasonable means, including replying STOP, emailing info@lemonlawassist.com, or telling us by phone, and we will honor your revocation as required by law. Unsubscribing from emails does not automatically stop texts, and stopping texts does not automatically stop emails, unless you tell us you want both stopped — and we will honor a request to stop all contact.

Calls to and from our offices may be recorded or monitored for quality and training purposes. Where recording occurs, you will be notified at the start of the call as California law requires.

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

9. Permitted Use of This Website

You may use this website for your own lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not: use it in violation of any law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to it; scrape, harvest, or data-mine it; introduce malicious code; interfere with its operation; or copy, republish, or redistribute its content without our written permission.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is owned by Lemon Law Assist Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing here grants you any license to use our trademarks or content except as expressly permitted.

11. Third-Party Links

This website may link to third-party websites. We do not control those sites, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Following a third-party link is at your own risk.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that the information on it is current or complete. Lemon law is governed by state and federal statutes that change, and page content may not reflect the most recent developments.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Lemon Law Assist Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this website.

Two important limits on this section, stated plainly:

  • Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, willful injury, or violation of law, whether willful or negligent. California Civil Code section 1668 does not permit that, and we do not attempt it.
  • Nothing in these Terms prospectively limits any lawyer’s liability to a client for professional malpractice. California Rule of Professional Conduct 1.8.8 prohibits that. This section governs use of the website only — it does not apply to legal representation.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lemon Law Assist Inc. and its attorneys and staff from claims arising out of your misuse of this website or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent such claims arise from our own fraud, willful injury, or violation of law.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of your use of this website shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

Nothing in these Terms waives your right to seek public injunctive relief in any forum where California law preserves that right (McGill v. Citibank, N.A. (2017) 2 Cal.5th 945). If any provision were construed to waive that right, that provision is severable and unenforceable, and the remainder of this section stays in effect.

This section applies to your use of this website only. If you become a client, any dispute-resolution terms in your signed retainer agreement govern the representation, and your right to fee arbitration under the State Bar’s Mandatory Fee Arbitration Act (Business & Professions Code section 6200 et seq.) is not waived by these Terms.

16. Accessibility

We want this website to be usable by everyone. We work toward conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. If you encounter a barrier, please contact us at info@lemonlawassist.com or 424-403-2820 and tell us what happened, and we will work to provide the information you need in another way.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date at the top shows when they last changed. Material changes will be posted here. Your continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Lemon Law Assist Inc. regarding this website. They do not modify any signed retainer agreement, which controls the attorney-client relationship.

19. California Disclosures

This website is an advertisement for legal services under California Business & Professions Code sections 6157 through 6159.2. The law firm responsible for this advertisement is Lemon Law Assist Inc., with a bona fide office in Los Angeles, California. Lemon Law Assist Inc. is the law firm responsible for the content of this advertisement.

We do not offer or promise immediate cash, quick settlements, or any specific monetary recovery. Any depiction of a person on this website who is not an attorney or client of the firm is a model or actor and is used for illustration only.
